After healing my diastasis after my first pregnancy, I got pregnant again and this time I was smarter with how I worked out and my every day life movements . After my second pregnancy my ab separation wasn't as deep or as large because I knew how to stand and move to protect my core during pregnancy and what to start focusing on right after delivery to bring my abs back together. I created this program to help you do the same!
